The CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® would like to invite you to participate in its premiere show, the CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2008, to be held October 14-16, at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach. As the largest state real estate tradeshow, it offers you an opportunity to showcase your products and services to key groups of decision-makers who can make a difference in your bottom line.
More than 10,000 real estate practitioners will gather in Long Beach to engage in three days of high-powered seminars, dynamic speakers, networking opportunities, technology training, and entertainment but most importantly, to find solutions to the challenges facing our very unique industry. Those solutions are found in the exhibit hall, featuring over 300 exhibit booths are featured and vendors of real estate products and services are brought together with real estate professionals for the sole purpose of creating a successful and profitable networking event for all involved.
The CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO is a FREE event to the 175,000 members of the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, attracting more prospective business contacts to your booth in the 2 1/2 days of exhibit hall activity.

C.A.R. is pleased to offer the CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2008 at no cost to all members of the Association as a member benefit. Please respect the rights of other C.A.R. members and exhibiting companies by not distributing flyers, pamphlets or other materials of any type while attending the EXPO.
Soliciting on the CALIFORNIA REALTOR® EXPO 2008 show floor or within the EXPO licensed space by non-exhibiting companies or individuals is strictly prohibited. Individuals in violation of this policy shall be subject to permanent and immediate removal from the EXPO area and surrender of their EXPO badge, without right to reimbursement of any EXPO fees.
EXPO Terms and Conditions:
· Due to safety regulations, baby strollers/carriages are NOT permitted on the exhibit floor.
· Admission to all Conference Sessions, Keynote, and Feature Presentations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
· Recording devices are prohibited in the educational programs.
